I have an 870 Marine Magnum that I have had vangcomped, surefire light, sidesaddle, etc. I am wondering about having a 14" vang comp barrel made for it and registering it and paying the tax stamp on it.
I would like to hear from someone who has jumped through the ATF hoops to do this and if you really felt it was worth it, has the ATF ever showed up at your door wanting to see the gun(Have been told that they can show up and check on it whenver they want without a warrant) and anything else you can think of concerning this project.
