I took this buck last year here in Montana. When I first spotted this buck I thought he only had one horn but the one I could see was enough to get me excited,he had his head turned and the drop horn was hidden behind his neck.I made a stalk and killed the buck before he knew I was there, when I walked up to him I was very surprised to find he had not one but two horns and not four but three legs!He was missing the bottom 10-12" of his back right leg,it had a black pad on the end of it like a dogs paw,I dont know if he was born that way or if it was the result of an injury.Didnt think I would ever kill a 38" muley here in Montana!I was contacted by a Boone and Crockett website mod today and they want to put my buck up on thier trophy watch section,he saw it posted on the big game hunting forum,he wont make the book but he will make thier site,I will post a link when they get it up.[/img]http://www.biggamehunt.net/forums/download.php?id=351

Great looking Muley! Definitely one-of-a-kind!
I've heard that an injury can cause antler deformation!
I forget, some say the injury affects the opposite side antler and some say that it's the same side!
