Adjustable for windage and elevation.
Each firm detent click equals 4/10's of an inch movement at 100 yards.
Look through the rear sight, not at the rear sight.

I do know from looking at the picture of this peep tang sight, that you will get much greater elevation and windage than afforded by the current Williams peep sight that comes with the Buffalo Classic now.
