I am considering a slightly used 70PSS and was wondering if anyone has any first hand experience with one.

I have a modle 70 pappose. its been a good gun , fairly acurite.mine has had its stock cut down for small shooters. because of its short barrel and lack of wood out past the action its very light. this worked out very well for my boys as they are small for there age. when they were ready to move from single shots to repeters, one had a hard time steadying the barrel on a mod 60.[ too long]. Its been several years since anyones shot it but the kids still wont let me sell this one.{I should get a new stock for it.}I paid about $50 for it several years ago and to my family its probably worth  several times that now. hope this helps.

Have a stainless with synthetic stock.  Pretty good, very accurate considering the open sights and mediocre trigger.  Very compact and "handy".  Have had to adjust the magazines occasionally due to failure to feed.

I like mine.  It's just so darn handy.  I had to scope mine to shoot it well.  Adds a little weight but fits in the case.
