New Mexico Right To Carry Reform bill is referred to Committee!

Thursday, February 03, 2005

Representative John Heaton (D-Carlsbad) has filed HB 641, an NRA-backed Right To Carry Reform bill which lowers the minimum age requirement for a Concealed Handgun License to 21, gives the Department of Public Safety the authority to enter into reciprocal agreements with certain other states, and makes several other changes to streamline the training and licensing process.  The bill has been referred to the House Government & Urban Affairs and Judiciary Committees.  Please contact committee members and urge them to support HB 641.

They may talk of a "New Order" in the  world, but what they have in mind is only a revival of the oldest and worst tyranny.   No liberty, no religion, no hope.   It is an unholy alliance of power and pelf to dominate and to enslave the human race.
