We have never been fans of Syria or Iran.  Iran is a lost cause, it just isn't smart to make a move on them.  Syria is an admiral foe, but we need to mop up our latrine in Iraq and afgahnistan first.  There is nothing worse to a soldier than pulling police keeping actions in the armpit of the world (just choose your current armpit we are in right now), I am speaking from experience on that one.  Iran is a lost cause, we have been down that road before (sometimes taking a backroad the Sherriff dosen't frequent), and we didn't find anything good...Democracy is like Californication...you can't stop it...it spreads to it's neighbors. Am I right Bam Bams (Greenie...heh heh.   )?

This is an excellent document regarding the balance of military powers in the Middle East.  You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to see it though.

Syria has needed a serious a-whoopin for a long time. They have been behind a lot of stuff. Most likely that is where the missing WMD made off to.

Although I'm a believer in cleaning my own house first which would put us at odds with California, I can't help but think of the french, but France wasn't on the list.  With most of the others listed we know where we stand as they have a proven track record of being against us from the word go.  The french also have a track record, but of being 2faced and cowardly.  I hate that worse than someone I know wants to shoot at me.

We're doing a first class job of shooting ourselves in the foot already. Don't need no more trouble.

I think that we're done clobbering.  We don't even need to!  Look at Libya.  The others, including California, are all so scared that they'll be next that they're knuckling under.  Oh, yeah, they still talk tough, but if Europe continues to come around, the Tyrants will, as always, look out for their own safety. We've made an example, and it's working.  Only the nattering nabobs of negativity, the domestic leftists, don't see it.  Some day, they will be included with the old-time Communists and fellow travelers (useful idiots) of the past.

Shorty:

You raise an excellent point that I believe is often overlooked. It is the message we have sent to the evil powers of the world.

"You mess with us, and you're gonna lose it all!"

Hehe!  Kevin!, I just KNEW one of you canucks was going to respond like that!  *laughing*

Bam, you left out Venezuela.  The head-dude of that country needs an attitude adjustment.  He is allowing the pee-ons of that country to squat on private property and claim it as their own.

[cough ahem cough] On a more serious note, I think North Korea is our biggest problem.

I'll be honest, when I think of them and what they can do with not only their nuclear/biologic weapons but the fact that they're out of their minds, I get a shiver down my spine. I seriously do. I don't think we can really feel safe in this country anymore. I mean, if they launch off big bertha as soon as I'm done typing this we only have two or three means of defense from it. So, in other words, chances are good that most of us could be toast. That's kinda scary. And I guess same goes for Iran. They got a nice stockpile too.

I don't let the thought corrupt me all day. But if and when I do think about it the reaction isn't good.  :D

We have Cup scouts to take care of France.PRK are a Manchurian breed contrary to the south and as such are China controlled. We don't need to worry about them as much as Iran and Syria.
