Ruger Mark II mag trouble

I have been having problems with stove pipes.

After barking up wrong trees, I finally began to suspect my magazines.  I have 5 mags and numbered them, after 250 rounds I have found that only two perform well.  

All mags are less than one year old and with one exception are Ruger.  One of the "good" ones is a non ruger.  I took them all apart and cleaned with carb cleaner and light oil and reassembled them turning spring around...still problems.  

Any body have a clue?

As you said the non-Ruger mag is best bye a few more and send the ruger mags back I have a 10/22 ive had gone through 4 mags none of tehm work i just keep sending them bakc goodluck Oh AND BYE THE WAY DO YOU KNOW IF A FOLDING STOCK IN CALIFORNIA IS LEGAL FOR A 10/22

This problem was nearly 2 years ago.

It was due to a "blast shield".  This is a metal cover over the trigger mechanism that keeps gunpowder residue form trigger group.  Idea is great but it interfered with the proper feeding of ammo.

My gun has been trouble free since.
