Used .223 Ultra Varmit Price?

Whats a fair price on a .223 Ultra Varmit with 24" Bull Barrel, Laminated stocks? The local shop has one , the barrel has a few light scratches and there are no visible marks on the stocks.

The new ones at regular gun shops here go for 269.00. I saw a nice used one for 229.00 a couple weeks ago.

I'd say $200 or less, but a scope would be extra.  Base that on the model/brand scope.

mine was $250 new.

If it's a good used gun as you describe  $180.00 or thereabouts is a ghood price, $190.00 and he throws in some ammo (not Wolf or other junk!!)....<><.... :grin:

I got the gun on layaway for $190 with the tax.  I have the .223 survivor and was wondering if the longer barrel would be more accurate?
