Eight rounds in 1 second from a revolver (all on target)!?  Who needs a submachinegun?

If I were ever in need of a bodyguard, that would be the guy I'd want.

Quick...someone forward this to all the "insurgents" in Iraq and tell them this is our next level of escalation.

Wait a minute...... I been looking at this again.  The middle series....the announcer says he does 8 shots in..... EIGHT shots.  I could not count them but I don't think I ever saw an eight shot revolver.  What gives?

Jerry Mikulek, husband of Kay Mikulek. Kay used to be known as Kay Clark of Clark Custom Guns fame. Kay is the daughter of the founder (mind draws a blank here) Clark. A family of high class shooters.

Thanks for the link to the video, simply amazing. I can't shoot my auto that fast...

Well I didn't doubt what the guy was doing as far as his shooting went, I just thought the announcer might have been wrong.  For sure I couldn't count the rounds, even after playing the thing 4 or 5 times.  I have watched films of these fast draw people shooting.  You would swear there was only 1 shot fired, when actually there were two or maybe 3.  Kind of like after my son said one time after he test drove a Porshe turbo.  "It puts a new meaning on fast".

I think that's Jim Clark.

The new S&W M27 is an 8 shot. Ed McGiveren liked the N frames best of all too. I don't think you could get a 1911 to go that fast.

In my younger days I could clear leather and get off 2 shots in under I second.   It would sound like 1 shot.   Now 30 years later I can’t even find the holster on only one second.  :)    And yes, this guy is very fast, no doubt about it.
