Read that article. It's going to be a hard sell, especially when all the bleeding hearts remember last time. They won't except that there is better control now than then. Everyone has to be certified, and prove they can hit a target. Also there won't be as many people as last time. Back then people that had never shot a bow in their lives were going to the pawn shops and getting bows. Then they were shooting anything that looked like a Moose. Anywhere they could stick an arrow was fine by them. The people shooting those arrows back then did not realise that it was not as easy as they thought. I remember Dads taking their kids bows, 25 to 35 lbs and trying for a Moose. I even overheard a few comments "You don't need broadheads! Field tips will kill one just fine, all you got to do is hit the heart or lungs". Like I said it's going to be a hard sell.
