I found this on the LimbSaver web site.  Here is the Link for LimbSaver Templates.  It's a pdf format.  Be sure to UNCHECK FIT TO PAGE or SCALE TO FIT  or the measurements will be wrong.  You can check them by just putting a ruler to the page.  The deminsions are printed on each template.  Hope this helps someone else out.
