When I log in why does it always go to hand guns? am I doing something wrong?
You're gonna hafta be more specific than that for me to help answer your question. What URL do you use to come to the GBO site? You "should be using":
http://www.graybeardoutdoors.com/phpbb2/index.phpThat's the URL for the GBO Forums Index. It's the list of all the 130+ forums available here. Then you would log in by clicking the word LOG IN near the top right of the page. Once you are logged in it takes you right back to that same place you were on the Forums Index but you're logged in.
Now scroll down to whatever forum you wish to visit and read and post as you wish.

I suspect you and a lot of you trapper guys aren't doing that. You're likely coming to GBO directly to the Trapping Forum. If you do that just how you log in and where it takes you I honestly dunno. I've never done that. Don't really plan to either.
BUT I am at least reasonaly sure that when you log it doesn't take you to any handgun forum. What I suspect it is doing is just taking you to the Forums Index. The top section of which is Handguns. But that's a guess.
