Can you put new style g2 grips on an old style contender?

Not according to all the sources I've seen. The angle of the grip was changed among other things. The forends are supposed to work on either though.

ok, where can you or can you even get decelerator grips for the old contender?

Keep your eye out for them in eBay as well, occassionally, they come up semi-cheap.
