Well, Graybeard has alowed us a new forum for wearable "gear"  & accessories. We can disscuss what you have/like/dislike etc. What has held up for you in harsh conditions, and whats failed you. Also where you find the gear for purchase, weather its mail order or your local hometown store.

I read in the rules about an annual fee if there were retail type items we wanted to advertise....what is that fee???     Thanks

I don't see what that question has to do with this forum. The classifieds forums are for buying, selling and trading PERIOD. Now if you are a paid advertiser on GBO you are allowed to use the discussion forums also should you wish. Hardly any do tho.

If you sell stuff to make a profit you pay to advertise. If you are selling off some personal item you bought to use and no longer want you can do so on the CLASSIFIEDS FORUMS ONLY at no cost.

GBO Advertising Campaigns:
GBO-AC-1
This is a Paid Link Campaign; Companies can purchase a link on the “GBO Advertisers Index” The links will be placed on the GBO Main Page, the GBO Links List (with sponsor notation) and the GBO Advertisers Index. No posts or ads can be placed on the GBO forums under this Plan.
Campaign Type: LINK ONLY
Payment Type: Annually
Campaign Pricing: $50.00
Set-up Fee: $10.00

GBO-AC-2
This plan offers everything the previous plan offered and allows GBO members to post items in the various classifieds forums located on GBO on a commercial basis. And in some cases ads are allowed on the forums that cover topics related to the items being sold.
Campaign Type: POSTS / LINKS
Payment Type: Annually
Campaign Pricing: Starting at $100.00
Set-up Fee: $10.00

GBO-AC-3
This is a rotating banner plan and offers a 468x60 banner in the GBO general forum rotation. These banners will only display on the GBO forums and will not show on the rest of the GBO network. With this plan the banner is hosted on the GBO server and you are allowed two free banner swaps per year with each additional banner swap costing $10.00. This plan is also limited to 100,000 banner impressions per month with unlimited clicks.

Campaign Pricing: Starting at $250.00 ($0.0025 per impression)

This is the total package for advertising here on GBO. You get a 468x60 rotating banner that displays throughout the GBO network; you can have (2) 468x80 static forum banners (subject to availability), you may list (2) product in the advertisers spotlight on the GBO Main page and you will have a link in all of the advertiser listings throughout the GBO network. You can also post one “sticky ad“in the classified ads forums and the ad can run for the duration of your plan. *This plan also allows for (5) Products to be listed in the “GBO Shop” for free, with additional ads costing $10.00 per listing.
