My Customer Service Experience.
« on: March 01, 2005, 11:46:49 AM »
Well, I got my frame back today from T/C.  Total time including shipping was one day short of 3 weeks.  I opened up the packing list and they say the fixed my screw hole, replaced a spring (that I didnt even know was broken) and sent along a slave screw for my front sight hole.  They were even impressed with my reassembly job!  They said "Your reassembly was perfect.  Most people can not do it right."  So I guess you can say my experience was extremly pleasant.  The talk of iffy service had put me off of a future T/C purchase (I WILL get a G2 some day) but now Im completely confident in T/C again.  They get 2 thumbs up from me   .

I have never had a bad experience with T/C.  :D

I agree, I once sent a frame in for repairs due to a missing spring on the old style safety and I received a Brand New frame. I've called for parts and got them free.......no complaints here either.

All I can say is Im very happy to have my baby back in one piece and in the rack again!  And I think the rifle lines look cleaner without the front sight on.  Now just gotta make them even more cleaner with by getting a new Leupold on top there now  :-D .
