Fairbanks -- A West Virginia man who Alaska State Troopers charged with 17 hunting violations has agreed to a plea deal and must serve 39 days in jail.

Sad that he was able to plea bargin most of the charges away and only had to serve 39 days.  If that had happened back east or Kalifornia he would have been hung for sure.
