I use both with equally good results. It all depends on which one is made in the weight bullet I want to use.

I'm just curious, what were you using in the past and why are you changing?

last year i used nosler 130gr. partitions and killed 2 muleys. shots were right at 300 and 337yards. one deer dropped in its tracks, while the other took one right in the boiler room and continued to walk around, requiring a second shot. don't get me wrong, i like the partition. the load i shoot clocks 3122fps and shoots .75" at 100 yards. just wanting to see how the bonded core bullets perform. i feel 130grainers are a little light for mule deer, but then i've read of people shooting elk with them so what do i know.

Previous Usage

If the question regarding previous usage and why did I switch was directed at me, there are two reasons I switched.

1. The Interbonds and Accubonds give me slightly tighter groups.

2. The tips on the Partitions tend to get messed up with field usage and loading and unloading them from the magazine. The plastic tips on the Interbonds and Accubonds don't get messed up.

Val, I'm not sure how that avatar of yours slid past the size limit but it is too large. I have disabled it. We have a size limit of 95x95 pixels on avatars. Please resize or use another.

Val, Year's ago when Speer brought out the mag tip they showed photo's of a bullet leaving the barrel. The tip's melted off somewhere, I've no idea where they went. But american's like nice clean streamlined tip's, me included. But here awhile back I pulled some bullet's with an inertial puller and bunged up the tip's a bit so I set them aside. Later I loaded them up to pressure test with and guess what. I got fair three shot group! So just to see, I loaded up some more and they shot fine, I've no idea why as they were ugly. I don't know if it would happen again and no intention of buggering up some to see. Just found it interesting.

Boy, I just typed this whole thing in under 15 min and spell check say's it's ok! That's a first.
