Zach, a picture that shows up below your rank with each post is called an avatar, to assign one you need to go to Profile at the top of the page, click on the profile tab then the Avatar tab. The pic can be no larger than 95x95 pixels or 25kb total or it won't accept it. You would need to edit a pic smaller which can be done. Email me a pic and I'll edit it for you, then I'll send it back to you so you can get it assigned to your account.
