What is the rate of twist in an H&R SB2-823 Ultra Rifle 223/22?
This is a .223 in the H&R. I haven't found a twist rate char on there web site if there is even one?

Does anyone know?

If not what weight of bullets are you guys spitting out of this rifle with good to excellent accuracy. (Good no larger than 1 1/2", Excellent is sub. 3/4" 5 shot groups)

I'm about to order the rifle but need to know what weights of fodder to get.

I really liked 50-55gr pills in my 22-250, but need to know if the H&R can even eat them.

the twist is 1-12 and yes your 50-55 pills should work well . all the twist rates are in the FAQ at the top of the NEF centerfire forum
