Has anyone ever seen any info on the market shares of the various scope makers in the US market?  I think it would be interesting to know.

I wonder what the margin is on each of the products......how much they cost to produce vs retail price......how much does the manufacture make on the sale......how much does the retailer make.......etc.......

I'd like to see that stuff myself, but I bet it's some pretty closely held info!
