hey guys , was in dicks sporting today they have both 17HMR and 223 rem, in the new heavy barrel varmint rossi stainless model , comes with a 3x9x40 scope mounted on it , little package deal , but 249.95 on sale wow regular 329.95 thought wow rossi decided to cash in on their new found popularity? nice looking outfit , definatly a heavy barrel nice finish on both metal and wood just a little steep to me?

I have a Rossi 17 HMR and a Rossi bull barrel 223. 223 is very accurate, having trouble getting 17 to shoot, real heavy trigger on it.

Hey shaner-did you say you saw a stainless bull barrel 223? I didn't think Rossi made these in stainless. I knew they make them in a blue bull barrel 223 and 243 as of this year.

the ones i looked at were 223 stainless bull and a 17 hmr bull barrel wood wasnt bad at all they were a package deal with scope

Humm. Thats pretty cool then. I would pick one up if it wasn't the whole package deal. I'm not fond of package deals.
Rossi's are nice little guns and I would like a stainless bull barrel 223.
I wonder where I could find these at. There is no mention of them on Rossi's web site, not in stainless anyway.
But you are right, the price is to high.

these were at dicks sporting goods , they may have been made just for them?
