Help.  Can anyone provide me the specs on the screws for mounting the forend to an Encore pistol?  I purchased a custom grip and forend and the stock screw for the rear most hole to mount the forend is not long enough to reach the threads in the barrel.  Nearest I can tell is that the screw is a 8-36 but am looking for some confirmation.

8-40 is the size for the Encore

Any clues on where to find this hardware?  I have checked 3 local hardware stores and none of them stock this size.  Thanks again.
