here is the law in Tx as best I can make out from the outdoor annual 2004/05..
Pg 21. "Every hunter, including out of state hunters, born on or after Sept 2, 1971 must successfully complete a Hunter Education Training Course".
Pg 51. Non-Resident 5-day Special Hunting. Legal for any period of 5 consecutive days. Valid to hunt Exotic animals (see page 70) all legal game birds (except turkeys), all nongame animals, squirrell and javelina. Not valid for other game for other game animals or alligator.
