Ill go. Currently I have mounted scopes from T/C, Burris, Nikon, Redfield, Leupold. Bushnell and Nikon Red dot sights and Holo sights by Eotech and Bushnell. I havent had any problems with any of them even on my very heavy shooters. That being said every set of rings has been lapped in, all screws have been set with Loc-Tite and the bases have also been set in epoxy on the barrel or frame. The vast majority of scope failures are caused by the scope moving in the rings and most of the rest are caused by someway restricting the free recoil of the handgun. Take careful steps to ensure a solid base and ring set and scopes will withstand the heaviest of recoiling handguns.
