Tingle .44 cal pistol
« on: March 21, 2005, 06:15:52 PM »
Hey folks,

My dad just acquired a Tingle pistol from a guy for $40.  Does anyone out there have any idea where I could find a value?  I am having a heck of a time.  All my value books don't have a listing.  I haven't looked it over very well and I know nothing of these pistols.  Any help would be great!
Thanks
Bill

The only one I found listed was at Gunbroker. .44 Tingle Target, no bids, 6+days until it closes, $175 opening bid, or "Buy it Now" for $195.  Sounds like your Dad may have gotten a nice buy on that one.
I rode with him,---------I got no complaints. ---------Cowpox

Couple of old-time shooters at the range think highly of thier accuracy..and their targets back up that claim. Are simple single shot guns; consider them some of the first of the modern (non-traditnal) guns, not made to look like anything made previously.

Did real good for $40...keep the charges low and head to the target range.
