Headed to Ft Lee & Petersburg on Saturday.  Might take in Appomatix on the way/way-back too.  If the weather's good I'll post pictures.

Had a chance to take about 30mb of pictures - here's the first (also posted in another related thread).  More soon - I'll post a sampling, more if there are questions regarding a particular cannon or mortar.

Yes, thanks, Petersburg is 4-1/2 hours from home and we crammed in renewing ID cards at Ft. Lee, the Petersburg pix and a dozen or more yard sales and flea markets in one day.  It was late (dark) when we stopped for supper at Appomatix (no pix) and there were no cannons or mortars at Ft Lee to photograph (Museum wasn't open at the time).
