Superlight Vs Regular 223/243

Plan on buying either .223 or.243 as a varmit-fox - yote gun and have a
3.5x10 Leo. to put on it .  Really like the Superlights, but lcoal shop says they do not shoot as well as regular barrels in standard weight Handi's

How do the Superlights shoot? I know light guns heat up, but I want this to
be a carry gun.

Please advise, they want $239.00 for a lite,is this good?

I'm watching for an answer on this question. A 243 superlite is on my list. Some answers on this line of thought so far lead me to feel that there is not really enough difference in accuracy, between the different models, to matter to me. In other words, deer hunting.     Woodbutcher

I have a superlite .243 and I find it is very accurate.I can shoot 5 shot groups at 100 yards with all shots touching most of the time.Perhaps if you fired enough rounds at a time to heat the barrel sufficiently it might make it wander.I think people apply staid rules to Handis that they have learned with other rifles.In my experience the Handis are a whole different ball game perhaps due to the fact that they are break tops and seem to defy certain rules applicable to bolt actions.
All I know is that my .243 Handi is super accurate or I would not still have it after three years.I won't have a rifle that won't shoot good.
