Model 27 red dot scope mounting questions
« on: March 29, 2005, 01:22:58 PM »
I have an early 70s vintage Model 27 with a 3.5 inch barrel.

What would it take to mount a red dot sight on this gun?   I have the sight and it uses a Weaver style mount but what will I need to attach a Weaver mount to the M 27 frame.

Seems I read six months ago about something that makes it easy but cannot remember where I read about it.

Thanks for any help.

Mike

I have a B-Square mount on my 657 that is slick and easy.  Wasn't cheaap though.  I think I paid close to fifty dollars for it.
