Never loaded a 30 caliber cast at 1500 f/s but I do for my Trapper in 45 Colt.  I've found a double dose of Lee Liquid Alox works for me and also Lyman moly stick lube

kevin ,what are you cleaning out of your dies? I usually disassemble the dies and clean them with a spray cleaner used for electronic equipment.before I store them away I spray them with a VERY light coat of oil. A buddy cleans his with gun cleaning equipment! works for him.

That LBT Blue works great in my FA 454 Casull and most of those rounds are really blistering down the barrel.

1500 fps bullet lube

I've used machine grease for 40 years or so, and find it better than most commercial bullet lube - cheaper too.

If you seat your bullet on the bottom driving band, apply the grease with your fingers, seat to full depth and wipe off the excess, you get cleaner reloads than with tumble lube, no powder contamination, and it is not much - if any - more effort. You don't need a lubrisizer either - the lee sizer works very well.

On my bench at the moment, I have Canadian Tire Moly Grease and Chevron Duralith; Both work well for me, perhaps a slight edge for the moly at high velocity( up to 2500 or so).

Best of luck!
