Remington special runs for 2005
« on: April 10, 2005, 06:38:37 AM »
What special runs of Remington firearms would you like to see for 2005?  I have no idea if any of the big shots from Remington read this forum but there is no harm in starting a wish list.
I'd like to see a run of 7600 Carbines in .300 Savage and .280 Remington and I'd also like to see the 7600, both rifle and carbine, chambered for the .338/06 and .358 Winchester.
I'd also like to see special runs of the 700 CDL in .338/06, 6mm Remington, and .257 Roberts.

I would like to see a heavy-barrelled "varmint-type" rifle in a larger, flatter-shooting caliber, such as a 700 VSF in the 7mm rem mag, .300 win mag, or .300 ultra mag.

Trentalan,

I think they already make something like that. VLS? Well...it's in .308...is that big enough?

I'd still like to see a .222 Rem Magnum  .  :D
