Cats even my own love songbirds.Cats should have licence just like dogs,they use more than 1/2 of the resourses at pet shelters and contribute nothing.

the collar thing is not the answer but a fabric tag on the ear with a rivot would I love my cat but shes a better hunter than I will ever be.Loose dog laws in Ohio bring a fine,times are tough.Licence cats,off them with no ID.

I can hear the peta people now howling with the idea of a hole in a cats ear with a tag on it like a deer tag.

Better go back to the drawing board on this one. I do agree cats should be licensed and kept in control.

I'm grateful for the cats around here. We have no mouse or rat problems at all.

Instead of a hole in their ear, how about a branding iron? One brand on the hip that can be seen at 100 yds and one on the forhead in case it's standing at the wrong angle!

No matter how much you dislike cats, they do not deserve to be compared to Democrats. Democrats serve no useful purpose what so ever, unless you feel that a pain-in-the-a$$ is a useful thing. I just wish that cats could be trained to exterminate all types of rats, especially Democ-Rats.
