Custom Shop Accuracy

I'm considering ordering a custom shop rifle barrel for my encore in 6mm rem.  I'm a bit skeptical regarding the Encore's accuracy potential with a custom shop barrel.  What should I expect as far as accuracy goes?  Does it compare to a factory remington 700 varmint rifle?

I have a 700VS in 22/250 and also an Encore heavy barrel (factory) in the same. The Encore will out shoot it consistently. But not by much. With the right load combinations they are probably equal in accuracy.   KN
