What's my '85 F-150 worth if I scrap it. Can't seem to sell it, so if I send it to a scrapper, what should I expect?
Reg Cab, Long bed. Weight around 4000#?
300-6 engine
Thanks

Have you tried running a listing on "craigslist" on the computor. It is very widely read, and if you go cheap enough it is bound to sell, if only for parts. Or sell it by parts, again on craigslist. ANything would beat the scrap price.

WE give our old stuff to Raw hide for the tax credit. I gave my 96 ford 150 and ended up with 500 buck off of my taxes. They picked it up. Ther eare many other places that may take your truck. I don't know about Alabama though, and the tax credit only helps if you use a schedule A (federal) and have more deductions than on you short form.

Scrap yards in Pennsylvania are paying $150 per a ton right now for scrap vehicles. push, pull or tow.
Only you have to deliver it yourself or have the title for who ever hauls it.
