Westernfield 30.30
« on: May 20, 2005, 12:37:19 PM »
I saw a nice Westernfield 30.30 (not Glenfield) in a pawnshop today.  It was the straight stock, saddle ring model (looks like a 336T).  $150 out the door.  I was wanting one of the straight stock models or a spikehorn model.  Is the Westernfield a clone, is it as good as a Marlin?

WesternField® IS A MARLIN®! Marlin made guns for Montomery Ward® under that name as well as guns for Sears® (JC Higgins) and Western Auto® (Revelation).

Txray, If you don't end up taking it, I'd be interested. I PM'd you.
