Cannon & mortar shoot/ Casper, WY Cool pics
« on: May 18, 2005, 12:06:20 PM »
Hi guys,
Been on here for a while, but my first post. I'm currently making trial loads for my beer can mortar, but i'm getting a terrible urge for a bowling ball mortar. There is a cannon & mortar shoot in Casper, WY  June 18 & 19. Looking at the web site. it looks to be pretty cool and I think I might have to check it out. judging from the pics, looks like they have a pretty good time. I e-mail Dan McClanahan at the club and he was eager for me to post the event here. If i go, i'll take lots of pics.

Joe

GOOD name, WELCOME!  By all means get involved with other folks - that's how the addiction is passed on.

Lookin' forward to your pix!

They are ALL addictive - some more so than others and some at different times.

Right now I'm into handgonnes and golf-ball caliber mortars (and some of the pre-CW stuff).

But there is something SPECIAL about that shockwave passing through you (and your ear drums meeting in the middle).
