I bought a new 12" .45/410 for my G2 and I have a couple of questions I hope someone could answer. First, the .45 shot very high, 6"+ at approximately 40 yards. Even when I tried to compensate, it still shoots high. I removed the rear sight and just sighted down the rib, (similar to sighting down a shotgun barrel), and I can shoot quite nicely for this caliber. Has anyone else experienced this with this barrel? Secondly, their is virtually no clearance between the barrel and frame on the right side cause severe rub marks on the barrel. This other barrels I have do not have as severe of rub marks. Are the rub marks a sign of variability in the construction of the barrel? Has any one ever tried to buff the inside of the frame where the barrel rubs to eliminate this contact?
