Long story short. When my dad retired from the army, he bought the nicest rifle (63 Sako Forrester) and the nicest scope (Pecar variable) at the rod & gun club. When he passed away, it eventually came to me, minus scope.
I want to rescope, and for sentimental reasons would love to mount a Pecar, but I do want good performance. Is anyone familiar with Pecar's current product? How does it compare to Conquest, or Elite 4200 or Kahles?
