Winchester model 70 .22 250 carbine

Winchester model 70 .22 250 carbine, thats what it says right on the barrel.
I just bought this rifle used in 90% plus condition.
I can't find anything on this thing, The rifle doesn't appear to be more then 20 years old.
I am inexperienced in deciding this fact so its just a guess.
I have found no record of such a gun so I'll appreciate any help on this one.
