SuperMag barrel on a .357 Mag?

If I pick up the really nice .357 Mag. DW I have been looking at, can I put a rarely used 8" .357 SuperMag barrel on it.  Have been doing some metal plate shooting, but hate to use .38 SPL's in my nice SuperMag.  The .357 with the eight inch barrel shooting my own .38 SPL +P's would pose some serious problems for the rest of the falling plate crowd!  What do you think?

It will not work - the supermag barrel is a bigger diameter than the model 15 357 Mag.
