« on: January 10, 2006, 09:36:38 AM »
I've been on GB's for a while but never have posted here before. I have a 17' Jon boat and am thinking about putting one of the new Evinrude's on it. has anyone had experience with them?

         thanks,
           Rusty <><

I think they got all the bugs worked out on any new outboard.  Shop around there are some good deals out there now!

Don't know about the "new" Evinrudes but the older ones I've used were hell on fuel.Much thirstier than other makes.Shop around, last year's model, etc. Are some great deals out there if you make the efort to find them.Good luck,Dave
