In my past experience both with NEF and Swift Optics it seems that the policy of sending the tag directly to your PO box has changed to UPS arriving at your address to pick the said item. You should have your gun or whatever packed and ready to ship. They will attempt to pick up the called item three times and then they're thru. You will have to go thru the whole process again, have another call tag issued, to have it picked up.
