Goin Cowboy shooting this week-end!! Hee Haw!

We get to go CAS-ing this week-end and it looks like it's gonna be right preddy.  Weather in the 60's with partly cloudly skys.  
I get to try shooting the shotgun from the hip/under my armpit.  Going for style rather than points (and I want to keep my shoulder in the socket, too)
My pard and his wife are coming and they have most of their stuff.  

So, let the cows outta the corral and mount up--we're headin' out.

                      YOU BE CAREFUL WITH THE SHOTGUN!!  Don't go fergettin and throw that thing into your shoulder and bust a cap.  I know droppin a loaded gun is a match DQ, and droppin an unloaded gun is a stage DQ....but I don't know the rule for a fellers arm fallin off his body.  Course if the gun was still in your hand after your arm fell off there would be the arguement that you did not drop the gun!!  HHHMMMMM I guess that sounds kinda Gamey huh?

                    And hey, Cuz your shoulder injury occured by using firearms do you refer to it now as a shootin pain?  Just thought I'd ask, because my lovely bride refers to the headache she gets from me constantly talkin about SASS as her own personal shootin pain.  

                   Does the club you shoot with post scores on a web sight?  A couple of the different clubs I have shot with do, and a couple don't.

Thanks for the warning.  I'll be careful--I hope.
The Texas Regulators do post scores.  I'll have to find their website for you.  Right now I don't have the info here at school.

         Yup, I guess I am feelin kinda SASSY!  Has somethin to do with shootin those two matches this last weekend....gotta find one for this weekend.  Wish Dillon would send me my reloader.  I have way too much .45 brass to load up.
