My 243 ultra stuck a fair bit to the point where I cut the "Manual Extractor Notch", but mostly the problem was brass. I had some old brass that was not resizing properly and all of the brass actually to two hits in the die to fully bottom out.
It go to the point I chambered all of my empty resized brass, anything that stuck then go thrown out. fully sized and trimmed brass when chambered should not be sticking out at all, after I got rid of the ones that stuck out right I culled the ones that did not quite fit, and I never had another stuck case, till I sold the gun.
