Encore Rifle forend question
« on: June 08, 2005, 12:37:29 AM »
I currently have an Encore rifle with two barrels. One is a Custom shop 300 H&H the second is a 209X50 both with the correct forend. I have a chance to buy an Encore 44 mag pistol barrel that is re-chambered to 444 Marlin with a brake added. Will my rifle forend fit this pistol barrel? Do I have to buy a "special" forend? I am new to Encore's and I've got bug!! Thanks for any info....

You will need a pistol forend. Depending on the length of the barrel will determine the forend you will need.
