could someone steer me to the best place to get bulk smokless? Is there any place that ships free if you order enough? So far the best price i can find is arms & ammo.

The first web site charges $0 for HAZ MAT if you order a lot.

I believe Grafs and Sons will pay the hazmat fee if you order enough from them and their prices include shipping.
