 I/E is she happy with our input and will she try to do something about our concerns at h&r/nef

My guess is that Mrs. Lynch is reading the forums and making a report for the BOYS in the office. Given the time, I'll guess she might respond with a polite response for all of the input from these forums.

Then we might see the changes slowly implemented into production rifles.

Just my thoughts.
