hey guys, new on here   :-)

Nef lists some kind of thumbhole stocks on their site.  Are these the Survivor stocks?  If not, does anyone know what they're talking about?
Can some one pls post a pic of one if possible?
Also, how the heck do you remove the stock from the receiver  :?:
THX

Welcome, vlado_t!

The stocks are easy to remove.

Withdraw the two phillips head screws that hold the recoil pad.

Then use a 9/16 socket on a 3/8 socket wrench with a long extension to remove the single bolt that holds the stock to the receiver.

As far as thumbhole stocks are concerned, H&R uses two different types on certain rifles.  The first are the thumbhole stocks on the Survivor series.  The second are the thumbhole stocks on the new Ultra Varmint/Fluted rifles.
