Sub $200 ..22lr rifle opinions wanted.

Looking for a $200 or less (but will consider others) .22lr rifle. Prefer a bolt action. Dislike plastic (though plastic stocks are ok). Would like a decent trigger (under 3 pounds and smooth). Good fit/finish, no sloppy QC and assembly. Iron sights a must. Is there anything new that even comes close? Or am I loking for the impossible? I miss the days of inexpensive, accurate, simple single shot bolt action, and durable rifles.

Easy answer to that one. Get a CZ 452 Trainer. The last couple I have bought for friends were $189 + tax and $199 + shipping. You get the great CZ accuracy, good sights, and just a beechwood stock instead of the walnut that comes on the Lux model.
