I traded for a Savage 99M in 300 Savage today. I read a few minutes ago that the 99M is the same as 99DL.
Anyone know about this?

Checkout the savage site
www.savage99.com
got some good info on the 99's, 1899's etc. They have a section where you can enter your Ser# and find out the year it was made.
