I checked the website..........no luck. I also checked the search function here, so I will ask it now:

Do you think there is a chance of an 8mm Handi Rifle?

We did have a poll on this forum a while ago on what new calibers we would like to see H&R come out with. I don't belive the 8mm was one of them. I know the 7x57 was one that was listed. The 8mm is a very good caliber. I have an 8 mm mauser and it shoots real well. They are similar from everything I have read to that of the 30-06 (I have one of them to). That may be the reason why they don't have one yet. They may in the future who knows. You may want to call H&R and ask them.

The 338-06 with a rebore from a 26" 25-06 Ultra barrel...mine is ready for me to pick it up at Wayne York's shop, just have to wait for him to get back from a Father's day trip....An 8mm rebore/rechamber shouldn't be too hard to do.

You betcha, Marv!! I coulda picked it up yesterday along with my remarked/reblued 45-120 BC barrel, but the wifey had other ideas! :roll: Hope yours is done soon, Wayne is contemplating a move to Pendleton this summer, anything he doesn't have done before the move will get put on hold. :cry:
